At PrintoGraphy.Pk, every product is made uniquely for you. Since most of our items are custom printed with your own design, name, or photo, we follow a no refund or exchange policy once printing has started.

📦 Replacement Eligibility

We will gladly replace or reprint your order only in the following cases:

• The product was damaged during delivery.
• The print or item was incorrectly made due to our error.

Please note that color tone or brightness differences between digital mockups and actual prints are normal due to screen and material variations — such differences are not considered errors.

🧾 How to Request a Replacement

To make a valid claim, please follow these steps carefully:

1. Record a clear unboxing video while opening your package. (Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.)
2. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
3. Provide your order number, unboxing video, and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is verified, a replacement or reprint will be processed at no additional cost.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized items printed with your own name, photo, or design.
• Orders where the design was approved before printing.
• Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper use.
