🧾 Order Policy

1. All products are customized based on the artwork, design, or text you provide.
2. A small advance payment is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion or before dispatch.
3. If your own picture, name, or personalized content is printed on the product, then full payment in advance is mandatory before printing begins.
4. Once the design is approved and printing begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
5. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted material.

🚚 Delivery & Production

1. Delivery times may vary depending on order size, product type, and location.
2. While we strive for timely delivery, PrintoGraphy.Pk is not responsible for courier delays or unforeseen transportation issues.
3. Any issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order, along with the unboxing video as proof.

💰 Pricing & Payment

1. All prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Discounts, promotions, or offers may apply for a limited period and cannot be combined unless stated.
3. Full payment is required before dispatch for all customized or bulk orders.
4. No refund will be issued once production has started for personalized or name/photo-based items.

⚖️ General Terms

1. By using this website, you agree to abide by our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy.
2. All artwork and content uploaded by the customer remain their property. PrintoGraphy.Pk assumes no liability for copyright issues arising from user-submitted designs.
3. In case of disputes, decisions made by PrintoGraphy.Pk management shall be considered final.
